How to use My Cart

Adding images to your Cart

Before images can be added to the Cart for purchase, certain options need to be selected.

• For RF - Royalty Free stock images you need to select the desired image size that you would like to purchase. (see below)

• For RM - Rights Managed stock images you need to select the intended usage for the image, and also the usage period. (see below)

After you have selected the relevant options for an image, simply press the Add to Cart button on the page.

Viewing your Cart

To view your cart and the images you have added simply click on the My Cart button on the main navigation toolbar at the top right of the screen.

On the My Cart page you will be able to view the images selected for purchase as well as the prices and totals according to the option selected.

• To continue shopping simply click on the Continue Shopping button on bottom left of the page.
• You can remove images from your cart by selecting the tick boxes to the left of the selected images, and pressing the Update cart button.
• You will also notice a Currency exchange button at the upper right hand side of the page. (see below for more details)
• When you are satisfied with your selection of images in your cart proceed to Checkout by clicking on the Checkout button.

Currency Exchange

Mimages has a currency exchange system that will assist you in converting prices from ZAR (South African Rand) to your own currency.

• Enter the subtotal amount from your cart to the Amount dialogue box provided.
• Select your own currency in the To drop down list.
• Press the Convert button

The system uses the Yahoo! Finance site for the latest online currency exchange rates. Delay times are 15 mins for NASDAQ, NYSE and Amex.Click here to see delay times for other exchanges.

Check Out

On the checkout page you will be presented with this form to complete. (see below)

• Please complete the required Billing information as indicated with a *.
• Select your Payment Method. We offer secure credit card payments, bank deposits and payment with Mimages Credits.
  If you choose to use the bank deposit as an payment option, please email us the proof of payment to salesmimages.co.za
• Read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the site.
• Click on the Review Order button and proceed to the Submit Order page.

Review Order

On the Review Order page you can check your order details before submitting your order. You can use the the Back button to make changes to your order if necessary. If everything is in order press the Submit Order button to proceed.

Secure Credit Card Payments

If you selected Secure credit card payment via PayGate as a payment method, you will be directed to Paygate's secure payment gateway page, https://www.paygate.co.za/paywebv2/process.trans when submitting your order. (see below)

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Mimage cc via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the web site. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Please note that Mimages does not store any credit card details of our clients for security reasons.

Order Completed

Once your order has been completed successfully you will be redirected back to the Mimages web site, and presented with the Order complete page. (see below)

• An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the order.
• Once payment has been received, or if you have paid via credit card, you will also receive an e-mail with instructions on how to download your images.
